So when did the plane actually depart? 5pm stockholm time!! Yesss.....8 hours late! Then the flight itself was another almost 9 hours - so when I arrived in Newark at 9pm local time (EST), I had been up for almost 24 hours (less the varied "plane-sleeping"..:). When in stockholm, I didn't drive at all - then after this trip today, I had to drive 2 hrs north, through New York City, to get to the hotel. Talk about switching mentalities..! It's now about midnight EST - or 6am stockholm time....and, uh, probably time for bed.
The most exciting thing about a hampton inn in Milford CT is that the bed itself is bigger than my entire hotel room in stockholm!
